Andy King is Director of People and Talent, bringing over 12 years of experience building and scaling people functions across high-growth technology businesses. His expertise spans the full people lifecycle, with particular focus on international expansion, AI adoption, HR systems architecture and organisational design. Andy has operated at senior leadership level across organisations ranging from early-stage startups to businesses of over 1,000 employees, and is a trusted strategic partner to executive teams navigating rapid growth and transformation.

Andy has held senior people leadership roles across technology, fintech and deep tech, progressing from talent acquisition into strategic people leadership. He has led people functions through funding rounds, rapid headcount growth, international expansion and organisational restructuring. His experience spans building global mobility programmes from scratch, overhauling HR and talent operations, and implementing enterprise-grade HR technology ecosystems. Earlier in his career he honed his talent sourcing expertise at one of the world’s leading technology companies.
Andy holds a BSc in Computing for Business, specialising in AI and cognitive vision.
Andy has been recognised for his contributions to the global mobility profession, receiving two EMMAs awards: Global Mobility Team of the Year (Small Programme) in 2017, and Global Mobility Rising Star of the Year in 2016. He has also contributed to industry thought leadership, co-authoring the publication Attracting and Retaining Talent in Times of Brexit for Benivo (2017).

Andy is a native English speaker. He is fluent in Spanish, proficient in French, and has an intermediate level of Swedish.
Outside of work, Andy is kept busy by his five-year-old daughter Alice, who he credits with sharpening his negotiation skills considerably. A keen sportsman, he plays rugby, squash, padel, tennis, golf and football. He is a lifelong Arsenal supporter and Leicester Tigers fan. Away from sport, Andy enjoys exploring new AI tools and technology, building Lego, gaming, and city breaks whenever the opportunity arises.
