EDUCATION 

After graduating from the University of Birmingham with a BA in Philosophy, Religion and Ethics, Alice undertook her Law Conversion Course (PGDL) at BPP, where she was awarded the Career Commitment Scholarship. 

CAREER 

Alice began her legal journey at full-service regional law firm, initially working as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist before being promoted to Family Law Assistant in May 2023. In this role, she supported solicitors on public law proceedings. She also completed a legal work experience placement at a law firm specialising in the travel industry. 

PERSONAL 

Born and raised in Singapore, Alice’s international upbringing sparked a lifelong love of travel and Southeast Asian cuisine. She enjoys cooking and experimenting with flavours from her childhood.  

At university, she played competitive dodgeball and captained the Women’s Second Team in her final year. She was also an active member of the University of Birmingham Philosophy Society, serving as both Student Representative and Sports Representative on the committee. 

In her free time, Alice is an avid reader, with a particular interest in fantasy and contemporary fiction.
