She is experienced in representing clients facing investigation for complex fraud matters, including boiler room frauds, money laundering and defrauding HMRC. Lucy has a very high success rate in avoiding prosecution for her clients when instructed at the very first stage of investigations. She also assists in representing professional clients facing investigations by their professional bodies as a consequence of the criminal allegations.

Lucy read law at Cardiff University before completing the Bar Vocational Course at The College of Law in Bloomsbury. She was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn. Whilst working as a paralegal in a criminal defence firm she decided to qualify as a Solicitor and did so after completing the Legal Practice Course and her training contract.
