Giulia is an Italian-qualified lawyer with experience in both domestic and international family law. She is registered with the Milan Bar Association and advises on a wide range of private family matters, combining technical expertise with a pragmatic and client-focused approach.

From 2019 to 2021, Giulia completed her legal training at a Milan‑based firm specialising in family law and child protection. After qualifying as a lawyer in 2022, she joined a leading Milan law firm, where she worked until March 2026 advising entrepreneurs, high‑net‑worth individuals and public figures.
Giulia developed strong expertise in domestic and international family law, managing cases autonomously, shaping legal strategy with Partners, liaising directly with clients, drafting complex documentation and attending court hearings at all levels, including preliminary hearings before the Supreme Court of Appeal.
She has over seven years’ experience in Milan law firms specialising in domestic family law, including separation and divorce, financial claims, children matters and protection orders in cases of domestic abuse. Her international practice has included jurisdictional disputes within and outside the EU, recognition of foreign judgments, international child abduction and disputes concerning parental responsibility.
Alongside this, Giulia has advised on criminal matters linked to family law and on civil disputes arising from marital financial arrangements, including asset division, enforcement measures and the validity of marital agreements.
Giulia is a native Italian speaker, and can read and translate French.
Giulia obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Milan in April 2019. Her thesis was in criminology and focused on the role of victims of crime within retributive justice and restorative justice systems.
During her final year of study, she undertook a placement at the Milan Juvenile Court, assisting a Judge for Preliminary Investigations. Her work included drafting interim and restrictive measures and supporting judicial decision-making in sensitive proceedings involving minors.
Outside of her legal practice, Giulia enjoys volunteering for international organisations. She also has a keen interest in travel and values the opportunity to discover new cultures and traditions.
