What happens when I make an enquiry?

Once you are in communication, they will gather the details of your case. This will include the names of the parties involved, basic biographical information, financial details, and information about any other countries that might be relevant. The purpose of this is to make sure that we can assist you effectively, assign the most suitable lawyer, and fully brief them prior to their meeting with you. This way, you can get the highest possible strategic value from your initial meeting. 

We will schedule the meeting as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours or even on the same day. If your schedule doesn’t permit this, we will arrange it for a later time. Ideally, the meeting will be in person, but it can also be conducted remotely if needed. 

We will finish the call by agreeing the time and shortly thereafter will confirm this via your preferred communication channel so that you have a record of the meeting, and who you will be meeting with so you can look at their backgrounds. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
