We often receive enquiries from people contacting us on behalf of someone else, often personal assistants, children, new partners, and parents. This may be because the party involved lacks the time or is concerned about their spouse finding out (read more here). Regardless of the circumstances, our help is only a phone call away.
To understand whether we can assist with a case, a member of our specialist Client Relations Team will require some background information, such as the names of the parties involved and some basic details of the situation. It would also be helpful to get some information regarding the locations involved, the parties’ assets, and their general financial positions. However, if you do not have this information readily available, we can still help. All personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
Once we have the necessary information to understand whether we can assist and assess which of our brilliant lawyers is the right fit for the case, we can arrange a free initial consultation.
If the person you are calling on behalf of wishes for you to join them at the initial consultation, that is no problem. If they would like you to attend on their behalf, we can make you an intermediary if we have their consent. Without this consent, we will still be able to have a meeting with you, but the advice we will be able to provide will be more limited.
We understand that many people may feel nervous or uncomfortable about contacting us themselves, or they may fear their spouse finding out. If this is the case, we can put accommodations in place to protect their privacy. Rest assured, if you contact Vardags, you will be in safe hands.
Don’t hesitate, contact us today for a free initial consultation.
