Vardags Limited

Vardags Limited is a limited company trading as Vardags, company number 07199468, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 10 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7NG. It is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, SRA number 535955. Its VAT number is 99 001 7230. Vardags Limited practises the law of England and Wales. It does not advise on the law of any other jurisdiction.

Vardags Limited uses the term ‘Partner’ as a professional title only. Its Partners are not partners in the legal sense. They are not liable for the debts or obligations of the firm, and the firm is not a partnership. A list of the directors of Vardags Limited, and a list of those using the title ‘Director’ or ‘Partner’ together with their official status, is available for inspection at the registered office.

Vardags International

Vardags International is a network of independent law firms practising under the Vardags brand, each in its own country or region. Member Firms are independent law firms, each regulated in its own jurisdiction and separately insured, and each a member of Vardags International, administered by Vardags Limited. A firm joins Vardags International only if the quality of its work meets Vardags Limited’s standards. Any engagement is with the Member Firm alone, which is solely responsible for the legal services it provides. No firm is a partner of any other in the legal sense. In its capacity as administrator of Vardags International, Vardags Limited is not a party to any engagement with a Member Firm and takes no part in the conduct of any such matter. Where Vardags Limited acts for a client itself, it does so under its own engagement letter with that client. Vardags International is not a legal entity; an office is the location of a Member Firm.
