Susanne worked at Vardags from January 2017 to Februrary 2019.
With a wealth of experience in high value and complex financial proceedings arising from family breakdown, Director Susanne Shah deals with all family matters including children disputes, living arrangements and contact disputes, as well as child relocation both within the UK and internationally. Susanne’s clients include those in the public eye and CEOs of multi-million pound companies. She is known for approaching financial issues with a high degree of analysis.
Having previously practised immigration law, she has significant experience advising on family matters with immigration issues. Professional referrals and recommendations from previous clients make up a large part of Susanne’s work, which stands as testament to her achievements for her clients.
Susanne read Business and Law as an undergraduate before specialising in Law during her post graduate qualifications at Northumbria University.

Susanne has over 10 years’ worth of experience advising on divorce and family matters. Susanne has also previously represented clients within the immigration sphere including contested hearings opposite the Home Office with great success. Susanne represented a TV personality in extremely complex children act proceedings and was able to secure the child’s residence with her client, despite this being challenged by the other parent and grandparents. Susanne liaised with numerous media sources who were publishing articles on her client to ensure that her client’s case was not prejudiced and reporting restrictions were adhered to.
Susanne is currently learning Urdu.
