Sara is Vardags’ HR Manager, based in our London office. As a qualified HR professional, she has extensive experience managing all operational aspects of HR. Sara is responsible for delivering an exceptional all round HR service to the organisation, in order to help deliver it’s people related processes, vision and strategy.
Prior to commencing the role at Vardags, Sara worked at Marie Curie as an HR Coordinator focusing on recruitment, business strategy, benefits and remuneration. Later at i-Pharm consulting, she remained working within the HR Generalist capacity covering all aspects of HR both domestically and internationally across 8 offices after which she was promoted to Senior HR Advisor and headed up the HR department.
Sara read Social Policy and Social Work for Children and Young People, and later obtained a Masters in Women’s Studies for Abuse, Violence and Conflict; both from the University of York. She is a CIPD level 5 qualified HR practitioner with vast experience working across organisational structure and design, recruitment and onboarding, policy and employee relations.
Proficient Urdu and Intermediate Arabic.
Sara has lived in both Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, before moving back to London at the age of 16. She is a keen traveller and lacrosse player, and also enjoys going to the theatre, museums and dancing.
