EDUCATION

Max completed his undergraduate degree in Politics and Government at De Montfort University before completing a Masters Degree in Media and Public Relations at the University of Leicester.

CAREER

Prior to joining Vardags, Max built a strong foundation in HR administration within the legal sector, supporting large teams and contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives. He has held HR roles at several leading law firms in London, where he was responsible for providing daily HR and administrative support to hundreds of employees. Max has also been actively involved in promoting inclusion as a Diversity Champion and as a member of social mobility and disability focus groups.

​PERSONAL

Max enjoys travelling, particularly to Switzerland where he grew up, as well as listening to political podcasts and supporting Fulham Football Club.
