Carrie is the Director of Finance and Strategy. As well as leading client relations and engagement, she is responsible for the firm’s marketing strategy and delivery, working to amplify the Vardags brand across all media platforms as well as the firm’s finance department.
Carrie studied at the University of Oxford, attaining a first class degree in Economics and Management.
Carrie has a wealth of experience in both strategy analysis and formation, spanning multiple industries such as media, FMCG and online retail. Immediately before joining the firm, she managed the re-formatting and commercialisation of the UEFA Champions League and Europa League, the elite competitions of European football. Carrie also brings entrepreneurial knowledge, having held strategic roles at Ocado during a pivotal period of expansion, spanning the period of their floatation. She particularly enjoys scaling-up companies who have shown rapid growth during their founding years.
Carrie enjoys a wide range of sports including hockey, rowing and cycling.
