Precis: Aida joined Vardags as a receptionist in November 2017. Prior to this, she worked in project management for a social enterprise and in English teaching at a Further Education College.

During university, Aida played an active role in the student and local community serving as Student Trustee for the University’s Guild and working in collaboration with Devon and Cornwall Police to deliver National Hate Crime Awareness Week.

Accolades: In addition to being nominated by her peers for the ‘Tab Future 100, A List of Most Inspirational Women at UK Universities’, Aida was Student of the Year in College and was also selected for the House of Lords ‘Best Learner Award’ by the Committee of South London Principals. She also represented the UK at the Airborne International Youth Conference, building relations between young people and Battle of Arnhem veterans.

Education: Aida read Law at the University of Exeter and is currently studying the LPC LLM at the University of Law. Prior to university she studied Business and Management and spent part of her education abroad in East Africa.

Languages: Aida has intermediate proficiency in Arabic.

Personal: Aida plays football and badminton regularly and occasionally performs Spoken Word Poetry at events.
