Having trained previously as a finance solicitor in one of the world’s best international law firms, and later as legal counsel for a leading financial institution, Lois brings a true City edge to her work. Now a leading divorce solicitor of over a decade, she finds that such rich corporate and financial knowledge significantly elevates the strategic advice she provides, which ensures only the best of outcomes for her clients on divorce. She was an integral part of the solicitor team on the preliminary issue hearing of Quan v Bray [2014] EWHC 3340 (Fam, a case which required extensive international asset tracing and disclosure exercise in relation to complex offshore structures.
Lois holds an MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP with distinction.

When Lois joined Vardags, she brought with her a wealth of deal-making experience, having previously spent two years working as an in-house lawyer in the Corporate and Asset Finance division of a leading financial institution, and prior to that practising international finance at a leading City law firm, with secondments to two other international banks. Her expertise in these areas shines through in her current practice and makes her particularly adept at dealing with complex international corporate and trust structures and corporate valuation exercises.
Lois was born in Devon and lives in London. She enjoys music, travel, skiing and running.
