*Admitted as a Barrister in Ireland (non-practising), and in England and Wales (practising under direct supervision of an authorised member of the Solicitors profession in England and Wales.)
Jennifer has specific expertise in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes and cross border claims, particularly where emergency injunctive relief is required. She advises and acts in all financial aspects arising from the breakdown of a relationship from interim financial matters to full ancillary relief trials. Jennifer is also experienced in international child relocation matters involving Hague and non-Hague jurisdictions, and in all matters involving the custody, care and control of children. Jennifer was admitted as a barrister in Ireland in 2010 and she established a successful general civil practice in Dublin with a focus on matrimonial, family and child care law. Jennifer then spent over 5 years in Hong Kong as a Registered Foreign Lawyer expanding her experience and practice as an international litigator. Jennifer acted in highly contentious, high value, multi-jurisdictional disputes with a focus on fraud and asset tracing claims and shareholder disputes. Using that knowledge, Jennifer then returned to her roots as a family lawyer in a boutique family law firm representing HNW and UHNW clients before joining Vardags in September 2023. Jennifer was admitted as a barrister in England & Wales in 2019.
Jennifer has held board positions for the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, and for a leading aviation financial institution in Ireland.

Jennifer is a keen traveller and as well as having lived in Asia, she spent the first year of her legal career carrying out legal research in Otago, New Zealand. When not working out on her pilates reformer machine or walking her two Maltese dogs, Jennifer can be found in a dance studio or salsa club.
As a family law practitioner, Jennifer worked on many notable, landmark cases including B.B. v HSE & Ors, which involved a challenge to the Glencar principles of public policy in the context of the in camera rule in family law proceedings. Jennifer has also acted in some of the key offshore cases spanning the past six years, many of which reached the Privy Council.
