Eva is a respected member of our Reputation and Privacy team. She takes a sensitive yet robust approach in dealing with clients’ complex and often stressful problems. Whilst training, she gained considerable experience in our Divorce and Family departments and is therefore well-placed to assist those requiring a multi-disciplinary approach.
Eva qualified into our Reputation and Privacy Department in early 2021, and since then has developed a wide range of experience through working on cases involving:
- The press
- Harassment
- Data breaches
- Invasions of privacy
- Employment disputes
- The increasingly hostile world of social media
Eva frequently works with high-profile clients and understands the complexities that these individuals are facing and how stressful it can be
Eva’s approach to cases follows the firms renowned multi-disciplinary approach and she can enlist the expertise of other departments within the firm to assist clients in matters involving family, civil or criminal proceedings. Eva also works closely with other specialist agencies, including PR and cyber security specialists, to ensure her clients achieve the very best outcome every time.
Eva’s cases are often incredibly time critical, and she is skilled at ensuring that clients are advised on which route to follow to ensure the optimal results. She is experienced at assisting clients that are based in the UK as well as those with international links.
Eva studied Law at Durham University. During her second year of her undergraduate degree, Eva interned at a boutique London law firm specialising in Employment and Intellectual Property Law.
After her undergraduate degree, Eva undertook an MSc in Marketing at the University of Edinburgh, during which she worked directly with both high-end and local brands to develop their marketing strategies (including implementing digital marketing strategies).
Eva completed her LPC, gaining a distinction, alongside her training.
Eva’s expertise is frequently called on for media commentary. Most recently, Eva spoke on The Andrew Pierce Show about the Prince Andrew situation and what a settlement could mean for his reputation. Eva provided an update to Vardags on the settlement reached here.
Eva also frequently writes on areas of her expertise, and has been featured in the likes of Square Mile magazine:

Eva is a keen runner, as well as a bookworm and lover of fine wine. She enjoys exploring the London restaurant scene, as well as spending time with friends and family in Edinburgh.
