Rhian Radia and Natalie Wellock launch Employment Department at Vardags

Rhian Radia and Natalie Wellock joined Vardags in September to launch Vardags’ employment practice, the latest expansion bringing Vardags closer to being a full-service firm.

Calm and reassuring, Rhian has a City background and over 18 years of experience of practising employment law. She says she is excited be at the helm of the new department:

It is also an interesting time for employment law and my team at Vardags is committed to achieving the best outcomes for our clients whilst providing a high quality service.

Rhian has provided advice to her clients on all aspects of employment law. She has brought and defended claims for unfair dismissal and all types of discrimination in the Employment Tribunal, with a particular focus on high value claims for sex discrimination including harassment, equal pay and pregnancy/discrimination claims. As a team Rhian and Natalie regularly advise on complex executive severances, restrictive covenants, disciplinary and grievance matters and day to day human resources matters.

Rhian has already made an impression as a thought leader in the firm, penning an article in the Times, advising employees to act fast if they find themselves victim to an office Weinstein, and commented on the Supreme Court gay bakery case.
