He qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and went on to establish himself as one of the leading family lawyers in Shropshire, North Wales and the North West, spending over a decade as Head of Family Law and Partner at Aaron & Partners LLP, including nine years as Equity Partner. Richard acts for high net worth individuals with significant assets both in the UK and offshore, regularly advising business directors and shareholders, farmers, landowners, and professionals or their spouses. His cases typically involve complex financial structures, including trusts, business assets, self-invested pensions, and assets located outside the UK.
