Back in March, 25 intreprid employees signed up to the Cycle for Smart Works challenging, cycling a combined 2,400 miles to raise money for the charity. [Smart Works](https://smartworks.org.uk/) is a charity dedicated to tackling long term unemployment among women. It provides both high quality interview clothes and training to unemployed women in need. With referrals from job centres, work programmes, prisons, care homes and homeless shelters, Smart Works supports those from all backgrounds with a remarkable level of success - 65% of those they work with go on to get the job they applied for. This year, Vardags put forward five teams, each comprising five members, to take part. From static bikes to seemingly endless laps of Regents Park, our teams cycled a combined 2,400 miles. To put this into perspective, this is roughly the distance from our head office in London's Old Bailey to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan! While the cycle may be finished, fundraising is still ongoing and so if you are able, please donate by clicking one of the team links below. **Pexton's Peleton -** Phoebe, Matthew, Tanbir, Conner, Ella **Team Ramen -** Naomi, Ellie, Rob, Alex, Mark **Legal Eagles -** Megan, Aisling, Emily, Rebecca, Tom **Project Popcorn -** Lucy, Carrie, Felix, Kaspar, George **Vardags Cardigans -** Stephen, Ayesha, Jasper, Lois, Mosh "Ayesha Vardag - Britain's top divorce lawyer." ![The Huffington Post](https://vardags.com/images/logo/huffpost.png) "Ayesha Vardag - Woman of the Year"![GG2](https://vardags.com/images/logo/gg2-3.png) "Leading, Magic Circle law firm."Mr Justice Coleridge "A handful of firms dominate the so-called 'glamour' end of the market ...
