Talulah Riley files for divorce from billionaire Elon Musk ========================================================== British actress Talulah Riley and her husband, South African entrepreneur Elon Musk, are attempting to end their second marriage—for the second time. The couple were first married in 2010, but divorced two years later. They remarried in 2013, and Musk filed for another divorce in 2014, on New Year's Eve. He withdrew the petition after seven months, but Riley restarted the process on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for divorce. The divorce filing does not mention a prenuptial agreement. Riley has asked for spousal support from Musk, who is one of the wealthiest people in the world. The business magnate is worth $13.5 billion, according to *[Forbes](https://www.forbes.com/profile/elon-musk/)*. Per the terms of a prenup, Riley received $16 million in cash and assets after their first divorce, as reported by *Fortune*. Musk co-founded PayPal and is now the chairman, product architect and CEO of Tesla Motors, the luxury electric car brand. He is also CEO and Lead Designer of SpaceX, a space travel company with the "ultimate goal of enabling people to live on other planets." Riley has appeared in films including *Pride and Prejudice,* where she played Mary Bennet opposite Keira Knightly, *Thor: The Dark World,* and *Inception.*She also wrote and directed the 2014 film, *Scottish Mussel.* Musk has five sons, twins and triplets, from his first marriage to Justine Musk, a Canadian fantasy writer.
