According to court documents, Ms Kardashian Odom cited "irreconcilable differences", the same grounds as in her first petition. She originally filed for divorce in 2013, but withdrew the petition last October after Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. The pair first met in 2009 and were married just a month later on 27 September. The ceremony was filmed and later aired as a special episode of *Keeping up with the Kardashians*, after which the newlyweds went on to star in a spinoff entitled *Khloe & Lamar.* *CNN* described them as an "[unstoppable power couple](https://edition.cnn.com/2016/05/26/entertainment/khloe-kardashian-divorce-lamar-odom-again-irpt/)", up until the point that Lamar was arrested for DUI charges in 2013. A month later, Khloe filed for divorce, and Odom entered rehab for alcohol related issues. Though they had both signed divorce papers, the petition was withdrawn and the divorce "[put on hold](https://edition.cnn.com/2015/10/21/entertainment/khloe-kardashian-lamar-odom-feat/)" last year when Odom was hospitalised after the brothel incident. Khloe stayed with him in hospital and was even making medical decisions on his behalf during his stay there. It seems, however, that reconciliation is off the cards. Khloe referred to the marriage as "[depressing](https://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/tv/khloe-kardashian-talks-lamar-odom-divorce-wanting-kids-article-1.2671557)" in a recent episode of *Keeping up with the Kardashians,* and told her mother/manager Kris Jenner that she is in part motivated by a desire to remarry and have children. The papers submitted to the court indicate that Khloe is seeking to terminate the spousal support she currently pays Odom as well as asking for the separation of property be determined by their prenuptial agreement.
