Partners and Senior Partners ============================ We are currently hiring for Partners and Senior Partners in divorce and family law to meet growing demand. We offer the following: - a generous basic salary which is guaranteed (it isn't a draw against partnership profits which can be recalled) - a bonus based on the endeavours of yourself and your team (not a profit pool incorporating less productive colleagues) - never a need to pay in capital even in a downturn (unlike most LLPs) - lightening fast decision-making in a modern firm that rewards brilliance - an immensely successful PR machine that allows you to focus on winning cases, enhance your profile and avoid endless networking - a 'one firm', strongly values-driven culture and warm, integrated community (even when working remotely currently) - rigorous financial and strategic management and long track record of growth funded by year-on-year profits not debt. If you are interested in joining Vardags, please contact Ayesha Vardag directly in complete confidence.
