Natasha read English at the University of Oxford before completing an MA in Victorian Studies at Birkeck College, London, where her thesis focused on the status of women in nineteenth-century property law. She undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law at City University, and the Bar Professional Training Course at College of Law, Bloomsbury, funded by scholarships that she gained from Inner Temple. She graduated from the BPTC with an Outstanding in Family Law, and has completed a Collaborative Practice Foundation Certificate. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2011.
Natasha qualified as a solicitor in March 2016. She is also a qualified solicitor-advocate, having obtained Higher Rights of Audience for civil proceedings in March 2016.
Before joining Vardags, Natasha worked in the litigation department of the software company Autonomy, HP and volunteered for the National Centre for Domestic Violence.
Natasha has enjoyed playing tennis since the age of 5, playing at county and Welsh level. She also has a strong interest in theatre, her favorite playwright being Arthur Miller. She worked as marketing manager for the Oxford Revue and her College’s performances during her University years. Her other interests include travel, baking and reading Victorian fiction, in particular the works of Elizabeth Gaskell.
