FAQ

Q:Are arbitration agreements binding?

A:

Arbitration agreements are a form of contract, and therefore have the same status as any other contract. They can only be set-aside by the courts if they are manifestly flawed, and thus a well drafted, professional agreement is almost certain to be binding.
